I gave my life to the military
Signed up for the punk rock army
It looked like fun
A poor boy gets to see the world
And point guns at those who'd harm me

Met some guys who knew bout ammo
Real unpredictable and psycho
I learned to improvise
Explosives out of words
Tried to use them to write poems
