The Serum by Harley D

Bubbling under the surface, honing his craft for several years, Harley D has come into his own in recent times with killer thumper bumpers on Serial Killaz, Cre8 and now this savage package. Whether he's paying homage to Senor Souped Up, the synth or the blood plasma we're not sure but 'The Serum' covers all of Harley's corners. 'Runaway' purrs with a really unusual sounding bass tone and far-away voices in a way that could be compared to Halogenix. 'One More Night' flips between bighorn blasts and galaxy-bounding liquid cascades. 'Can't Say No' is bubbling, stripped-back sexy D&B. Last but not least we have the title track 'The Serum'. Laced with cavernous amounts of space and chest-rattling breaks, it's the ugliest, gnarliest cut of the bunch.
