Howard Dodd has operated as Anoesis since 1994. His first releases on D*fusion combined house music, cut up beats and a nod to cinema. The D&B release Shatter followed on Octopus, plus a number of releases on the Vorbic net label under multiple artist names.
Interest in his 90s work led to reissues on Semmi Sellang, Cosmic Soup and Spray, in addition to new albums on Cosmic Soup and Paper-Cuts
