I struggle with anxiety and overwhelm. I used to think that something was wrong with me. I always wondered why I couldn't seem to get it together, why I couldn't catch up with the speed of my life.
I never considered that maybe I wasn't the problem...
BREATHE is a collection of meditative and calming loops and songs to help you destress, relax and be well.
There's so many atrocities going on in the world. So much pain and death. The world moves unnaturally fast.
May this project carve out time for you to rest, recover and heal.
